Free Shipping Offer
We believe in simple and transparent shipping. That’s why we offer free delivery thresholds that are easy to reach:
- European Union & UK: Free on all orders over €25.00
- Worldwide: Free on all orders over $100.00
Delivery Times & Origin
Your professional supplies are dispatched from our Central Warehouse in Germany to ensure the highest service standards. We partner with the most reliable couriers: DHL, DPD, and InPost.
Delivery Time: 2–3 business days
Dispatch: Within 24 hours (Monday–Friday)
Shipping Rates for Smaller Orders
If your order is below the €25.00 free shipping threshold, we apply a flat-rate premium shipping fee.
Europe & UK (Zone 1, 2 & 3)
- Major EU Markets: €5.90 – €7.90 (Includes: DE, PL, FR, IT, ES, CZ, AT, BE, NL, RO, etc.)
- UK & Northern Europe: €10.90 (Includes: UK, Norway, Iceland, etc.)
- Delivery Time: 2–4 business days.
International Shipping (Rest of World)
- Orders below $100: Shipping fee is $19.90.
- Delivery Time: 4–9 business days.
- Note: International orders may be subject to local customs duties or import fees.
Returns
How do I start a return?
- Click Request return in the order details section of your customer account, or Contact us directly to initiate the return
- Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions.
Please do not send back items without prior authorisation—they won’t be accepted.
What is the returns policy?
We offer a 14-day returns policy. You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible:
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original sealed packaging
- Must include hygiene seal (if applicable)
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Please return with the dispatch note or leave a note inside with the order number so we can allocate the return. Please do not add any other notes.
How long does it take to process a return?
- Returns are processed within 3 working days of receiving your item
- Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method (card or PayPal)
- Refunds typically take up to 10 business days to appear in your account
- If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us.
What if my item is damaged, defective, or incorrect?
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is wrong, contact us immediately so we can sort it out as quickly as possible.
Are there any items that cannot be returned?
Yes. The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used personal care/beauty products
- Gift cards
If you're unsure about a specific item, just reach out to us before returning.
Do you offer exchanges?
No, we do not offer exchanges.
If you'd like a different product, simply return the item you have and place a new order once your return is approved.

Do I have a right to cancel my order if I’m in the EU?
Yes! Under the EU 14-day cooling-off period, you can cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.
To qualify:
- Item must be the unused, in its original condition, and with original packaging
- Proof of purchase is also required

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free standard tracked delivery for orders over:
- €39 within selected EU countries
- €59 to the UK
- €120 to other international destinations

How long does delivery take?
Here are the estimated shipping times:
EU : 2–4 business days
UK: 2– 7 business days
US: 7–10 business days
Rest of the World: 7-14 business days
Do you offer express shipping?
Yes — and we don’t charge extra for it.
All orders are shipped using premium express carriers only — DHL, DPD, and InPost — to ensure fast, reliable, and fully tracked delivery.
While many brands offer express shipping as a paid upgrade, we include it as standard.
Estimated delivery times depend on your location and are always clearly displayed at checkout.
How quickly do you process orders?
Orders are processed within 24 hours (Monday to Friday). Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
Do I need to pay customs duties or VAT?
For EU customers – no customs or VAT charges apply.
For UK customers – orders under £135 are VAT-inclusive and delivered without additional charges.
Orders above £135 may be subject to VAT or customs fees at delivery, in accordance with UK import rules.
For other countries, local duties or taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations.

Yes — returns are simple and hassle-free.
All returns are handled within the EU, with our main return address located in Görlitz, Germany.
This means faster processing times and no unnecessary international return procedures.

Can I track my shipment?
Yes — tracking your order is quick and easy.
Once your order is shipped, you can track it by entering your tracking number directly into our chat assistant, available via the icon in the bottom-right corner of the screen.
